The development involves the demolition of the existing manager’s residence and the construction of a new two-storey building, providing 18 additional accommodation units alongside a contemporary manager’s residence.

Apartment Living

WYNNUM, QLD

Urban Advisory is providing advisory services for the redevelopment of 53 Ronald Street, Wynnum, transforming the site from a triplex to a contemporary six-storey apartment building comprising 12 residential units (4 two-bedroom and 8 three-bedroom apartments).

This high-density residential development, designed by JSTN Architects, emphasises sub-tropical design principles with extensive vertical landscaping and a thoughtfully curated rooftop communal space.
