Major Development Site

FORTITUDE VALLEY, QUEENSLAND

Urban Advisory provided transaction advisory services to a landowner who was divesting a site in Fortitude Valley to an interstate investor. The sale was subject to the investor securing a development approval for a build-to-rent apartment building. 

 

The advice assisted the landowner with understanding of planning and development processes and in managing the key risks of certainty and time throughout the planning process

Master Planned Community Hub

SUNNYBANK HILLS, QLD

Urban Advisory partnered with Asset SPS and Wylde Co Architects on a community development hub master plan in Sunnybank Hills. 

 

The master plan is structured around the existing community uses and leverages the surplus land to deliver a range of complementary development outcomes (child care, health and medical, office). 

 

The master plan is supported by a preliminary commercial strategy to provide the landowner options for delivery.
