Urban Advisory was created out of a dream by our Director Anthony Jones to run his own business. He saw an opportunity to really listen to what a client needs and provide them with quality advice they could easily understand.

Anthony Jones Urban Advisory

Anthony Jones

Director

Anthony has been working in the urban planning and property advisory sector for 20 years.

 

He has provided professional advice and services to a range of investors, businesses and developers on all aspects of the development cycle, including acquisition, design and approvals, construction, and marketing and sales.

​

Anthony has skills and experience as a developer, delivering a range of successful residential, industrial and commercial development outcomes.  

​

He has also worked directly with all levels of government in Australia, providing strategic property and development advice and in preparing public policy to guide the future growth of our cities.

​

With commercial and government experience, he is in a position to provide you the help you need for your next project.  

​

When not at work, you'll find him getting off-road and camping in our beautiful backyard of south east Queensland.

Dimity Pascoe

Principal

Dimity Pascoe is a distinguished leader in public policy and strategic advisory, currently serving as a Principal at Urban Advisory.

 

With a career spanning over 15 years, she has developed an expertise in areas such as infrastructure, economic development, and energy policy.

 

Her tenure includes impactful roles within the Queensland and Commonwealth Governments and at PwC/Scyne.

 

Known for her expertise in stakeholder engagement and government processes, Dimity holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland.

 

Her professional journey reflects a commitment to excellence in public service and strategic advisory, making her a valuable asset in her field.

Holly Kluver-Jones

Principal, Policy and Strategy

Holly is an experienced legal policy officer having worked in the Commonwealth and State Government for the past 15 years.

 

She started her career doing the Graduate Program at the Attorney-General’s Department in Canberra. Holly worked in the areas of Disability Discrimination, Personal Property Securities Law and International Treaty Negotiation.

 

After a few years in our nation’s capital, she returned to Brisbane working with the Queensland Police Service in criminal law obtaining surveillance device and phone tapping warrants. She returned to the policy area and worked in Fair Trading and Body Corporate law before focusing on mining/gas policy from 2012 onwards.

 

Holly has particular expertise with drafting legislation and policies that relate to the CSG‑LNG industry. Her attention for detail and strong report writing skills, make her an asset for project delivery.

 

Holly resigned from the Queensland Government in 2022 and now provides consulting services in a range of policy areas. She also has her own small business Wellspring Pilates where you will find her most days of the week!
